To purchase an item, click the “add to cart” button which you will find on each product page. Once you have added the item(s) you wish to your cart click “checkout” and your order will then be processed externally by PayPal. You may pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal, or directly with your PayPal account if you have one (you do not need a PayPal account to purchase). Paypal accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Please make sure that all of your information is correct as KOLTON.J is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address/information. Please note that all amounts are listed in US dollars. If you wish to know the prices in your local currency please use a currency converter such as www.xe.com

All pieces aside from 'one-of-a-kinds' are made-to-order. As all made-to-order items are handmade, please allow 1-2 weeks for construction. You will be notified via email when your item has been shipped. 

KOLTON.J uses PayPal and Stripe for payments, which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) so your financial details and money are always completely secure and safe.

KOLTON.J jewelry is shipped via USPS priority mail and are insured. USPS will deliver your KOLTON.J order within 2-3 business days after your order is processed and has been shipped. Please allow 1-3 weeks for standard production as all of our pieces are handmade and made-to-order. Most one-of-a-kind pieces are ready to ship after your order has been processed. If your order includes both one-of-a-kind and made-to-order items, your order will ship in full once the made-to-order item(s) are crafted. We will notify you by email if any item you have ordered becomes back-ordered. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart. Please be sure to double check your shipping information as KOLTON.J is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please contact our orders department at: orders@koltonj.com to inquire about our international shipping rates. All orders shipped overseas and to Canada are subject to the final destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These charges, based on the declared value of international orders, are not included in KOLTON.J’s quoted shipping charge and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

KOLTON.J understands that sometimes when you want something bad, you want it as soon as possible. If you wish to place an express order, email us at orders@koltonj.com with your order information and we will let you know our rates for expedited service. Expedited shipping does entail an extra charge. For certain made-to-order styles, this service is not available because they require extra time for construction.

As a Virginia-based LLC, all Virginia residents will be charged 4.3% sales tax.

Every care has been taken to ensure our website descriptions, measurements and photographs accurately portray the jewelry, however representations may vary depending on your specific browser and computer monitor. With natural stones and pearls, size and color may vary. If sizing varies greatly with natural stones, slight alterations may be made to the piece to ensure proper fit and length.

We hope that you love your KOLTON.J jewelry, but should you decide to return an item purchased online, we offer merchandise credit towards a future purchase of KOLTON.J jewelry or exchange within 14 days of sale. The items for credit/exchange must be unused and in the original condition. NO EXCHANGE OR CREDIT APPLIES TO ANY CUSTOMIZED PIECES, CUSTOM ORDERS, OR SALES ITEMS AND ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

Due to the handmade composition of our jewelry, and the use of vintage materials, it is important to maintain delicate care and handling of the jewelry. Repairs can be made for jewelry purchased through our online store for up to a year after purchase. Please email: orders@koltonj.com. Repairs that are necessary from no fault of the customer are free. Fees may apply for all other repairs. All repairs are subject to shipping costs. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to re-order certain components if needed to repair items with vintage materials. For items purchased through one of our retailers, please return the item to the store that it was purchased from, as we defer to each individual retailer for their store’s return policy.

Orders may be customized to fit neck or wrist length. Email us through the contact form or at: orders@koltonj.com with your request and order number and we will custom the chains for you. For all other customized orders, please inquire.
